Refund Policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging where possible.

How to start a return

Email admin@trendfancy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
