Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking details when it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with location, customs and carrier volume.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You can follow your package on our Track Your Order page.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email admin@trendfancy.com and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only before the order ships.
