Description

Some bolts sit right behind a hose, a bracket or the engine itself, where no ratchet, socket or wrench can swing. This offset extension gets there. Put your socket on one end, your ratchet or impact on the other, and the internal steel chain carries the turn around the obstacle to the bolt.

Why you'll keep it in the toolbox

  • Reaches buried bolts: slides into gaps your hands and ratchet can't fit
  • Only 0.63" thick: slim enough for tight engine bays and behind panels
  • Zero swing arc: turn bolts a full 360° without needing room to swing
  • Works with what you have: ratchets, breaker bars, impact wrenches and drills
  • Built for real torque: rated up to 53 ft-lb (72 Nm)

In the box

  • 1 × offset extension wrench (3/8" drive)
  • 4 × adapters: 1/4" to 3/8", 3/8" to 3/8", 1/2" to 3/8", and 1/4" hex bit adapter

Use it on cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs, bikes, appliances and around the house.

Offset extension reaching behind an engine component

01

The bolt is right there. Your ratchet isn't.

Car makers pack engine bays tighter every year. The fastener you need sits behind a hose or a bracket, with no room to fit a socket, let alone swing a handle.

The usual fix is to pull parts off just to get a clean angle. That turns a ten-minute job into an afternoon.

02

Put the turn where the bolt is.

Your socket goes on the end of the wrench, your ratchet on the other end where there's space. A steel chain inside the body carries every turn across, so the bolt moves while the handle stays clear of the obstacle.
